Before joining Van Diepen Van der Kroef Alkmaar in 2025, Isabel worked for five years as a lawyer at leading law firms in the Randstad—AKD and Van Doorne.
In addition to her legal practice, Isabel also taught at the Department of General Legal Studies at the University of Groningen.
